Tucked away from the business of the main streets, this small cozy local restaurant has unbeatable prices compared to what you find all around — and it’s delicious, extremely fresh and my portion was HUGE! Delicious fresh salmon, not over-fried like they sometimes do it. Salad also very fresh and generous portion. Highly recommend! If you are looking for traditional local well made Portugease dishes - just go there. The taste and presentation was excellent, staff was super attentive but not too intrusive. Seating inside as well outside is available. Prices were reasonable considering the pretty touristic area. Also a pretty decent selection of wines were available to choose with the dishes. Had a really nice meal and great all round experience here last night. Ordered the Frenchesinha Especial and the Cod with Onion sauce; both really good. Starters and desert also really nice and the service was also excellent. Wanted to go back again the next day (Wednesday) but unfortunately (for us) it’s their day off!

Delicious food. We had the steak with mustard sauce and the chicken steak — both were very tasty and high quality. Would recommend to those who want an authentic menu with lots of different options.

The lady who served us was warm and friendly, and walked us through the small-ish menu. The food took a while to be served, but no surprise there given they were full! Everything we ordered was great (a lovely francesinha, grilled octopus, cod cake) , and the recommended dessert (cheesecake) made it the perfect meal!
Lovely wine too!

The best food we have had throughout our stay, in fact for the best part of our eating lives ! Everything is cooked to perfection from tender meat to seasoned veg. The lemon tart was by far amazing ! The staff are so friendly, helpful and enjoy a laugh. Such a relaxed beautiful atmosphere and reasonably priced. Thank you concept 31 team!

What a lovely dinning experience! Staff and food were amazing! Grilled codfish and salmon were amazing! Finished off with espresso and cheesecake.

We came in for food after spending a very long time travelling to Porto. We had the cheese and chorizo plate, the steak and sea bream and bread. Oh yeah and beer. A great night. Food was excellent and service was good too. Our server made recommendations for us and we were pleased with the food. We are staying around the corner and will likely return.

Just had an excellent meal at Concept 31. Our waiter was fantastic and very friendly. We let him know what we were in the mood for and he walked us though the menu and made great recommendations. We tried the Francesinha for the first time and it did not disappoint. Great food, wine and conversation. Thank you for a great experience.
Absolutely the best restaurant I’ve been to. Amazing food and service. You have to try shrimps, octopus, cheesecake and obviously Porto!

Delicious food. Nice service. Wine recommendation. The portions are not too big, so you can confidently eat a starter, main course and dessert.
We came here by chance and we’re very impressed by the food. We had baccalhau balls that were great. My Portuguese girlfriend had baccalhau a bras and said it was excellent. I had prawns and squid. The freshness and quality of the seafood was great and the flavor was just outstanding. This is a great little restaurant and deserves much success.

I had a lovely birthday dinner too - the shrimp spaghetti was delicious! My partner had Franceshina and he also really liked the rich authentic flavors of local Porto cuisine.
Some small suggestions would be:
- to play traditional music to attract more customers
- to have English translations for all items on the menu; some were missing - I almost missed the spaghetti by accident!
Dining at Concept 31 definitely brought a lot of enjoyment during my birthday trip to Porto. Highly recommend!- Serviço

Very reasonable price with decent quality foods. I had grilled salmon and beef steak, both of them were great along with cod bread i also had which was only 1 euro.
